Rooms range in size and amenities but all are recently renovated with modern touches and really great beds.  Some have much better views of the beach and the waves crashing on the beach in Venice Beach.  So the availability and prices change often.

Unlike most of our competition we offer parking to our guests.  It depends on the Venice Suites location where you are staying but most of our Venice Breeze Suites guests at 2 Breeze Ave. get parking passes and pull into the gated parking just a few steps up Speedway the back alley street that runs along just inland from the Ocean Front Walk - that is a pedestrians only street.  Our beach front Boardwalk as you will come to know it.
